We are located at Plot 78 Gadafi Road (Bativa Road), Kampala, Uganda. We are situated directly behind Ham Towers, just off Makerere Hill Road and a 5-minute walk from the Makerere University Main Campus.

Every room at Bativa Hotel is self-contained and features a working desk, mosquito nets, a cooling fan, a wardrobe, a private shower, and clean tiled flooring.
Which rooms include hot water, a balcony, and a refrigerator?
Our Premium Double Rooms and Standard Balcony Rooms feature hot water systems, private balconies, and in-room refrigerators. Our budget and ground-floor economy options feature standard private showers (no hot water).
Do you offer twin beds for sharing?
Yes. We have dedicated Twin Rooms priced per night, featuring two separate comfortable beds ideal for colleagues or friends traveling together.

Can I host a corporate meeting or workshop at the hotel?
Yes. Our ground-floor conference and restaurant space can comfortably seat up to 70 Pax. It is fully customizable for corporate meetings, workshops, luncheons, and intimate social events. Contact our team for customized event packages.

Our professional health club and wellness facilities open daily from 12:00 PM until late.
Do I need to be a hotel resident to use the spa facilities?
No. Both in-house hotel guests and walk-in visitors are welcome to enjoy our steam, sauna, and massage rooms at separate, highly affordable rates.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments (Ugandan Shillings) and popular local mobile money networks. Please contact our reservation desk for direct bank transfer details if required.
Do you offer airport shuttle services?
Yes. We can arrange reliable round-trip airport transfers between the hotel and Entebbe International Airport for an additional surcharge. Please share your flight details with us at least 24 hours in advance to secure a driver.
